ONLINE PURCHASES

All online sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We do our best to provide accurate measurements and photos for each item. If you have any questions about size, fit, or condition, please reach out before placing your order—we’re happy to assist!

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All in-store purchases are final sale. We encourage customers to try on clothing before purchasing, as we have fitting rooms available.

If you were accidentally charged incorrectly, please bring your receipt and all items from that transaction back to the store as soon as possible. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

AUTHENTICITY

While our team has experience with designer and branded items, we cannot 100% guarantee authenticity. To maintain transparency, we:

  • Price items accordingly

  • Provide multiple photos, measurements, and product details, including serial numbers and tag information

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all listing details before purchasing. If you need additional photos of an item, contact us via our online contact form, and we will provide one or two more images.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and find a solution.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

As a reseller of pre-owned merchandise, we are not affiliated with any brands we sell and do not offer manufacturer warranties or repair services.

All items are sold as described. While we note visible flaws, resale items may have minor imperfections due to their pre-owned nature. If you have concerns about an item’s condition, please contact us before purchasing.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

All online orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve it promptly. If delivered to a reception or common area, please check within 5 business days.
